DT is a CrossFit hero workout designed to test your strength, conditioning, and efficiency with a barbell. To get a good score, limit the amount of transitions and extra deadlifts you must do. Time your breaks appropriately so you don’t have to pick the bar up more than you need to, which will waste energy. We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need. We have 60 minute and soon 30 minute classes each including a trainer led warm-up and full body workout.
